We recently completed this project using a beautiful Herringbone material from Kentwood. The hardwood was installed in a condo and was glue down over a sound insulated underpad which provides an IIC rating of 72.
This shows even in a condo you can have beautiful hardwood flooring or even Herringbone being glue down provided you follow the condos regulations.
