Having the flooring installed in a condo can be a challenge as working hours are limited and working space is also limited. However it can be done and we install flooring in condos all the time. Ideally you want the space to be ready for flooring installation prior to the arrival of the installers. Also it is important that the condo boards is made aware of the fact that you are planning on changing the hardwood flooring or laminate flooring, you may need a underpad with a specific sound insulation rating in order for them to approve it.
